Terms of Service

1. Who we are. MuttPilot is operated by Novary Dynamics Inc, a corporation incorporated in Delaware, United States. The founder is Luis J. Elizondo Arias. Contact: support@muttpilot.com.

2. Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We review orders before sending them to our fulfilment partner. If an item is unavailable or we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund the affected amount. We will not substitute a product without your consent.

3. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in USD for the United States and EUR for Germany. The order total and any charges collected by MuttPilot are shown before you submit payment. For shipments to Germany, import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling charges may be payable separately on delivery, depending on the fulfilment route and applicable rules. See our Shipping Policy. Payments are processed by Stripe; your bank may charge foreign-transaction fees.

4. Shipping. Shipping is free. The delivery estimate displayed on each product page is based on current information from our fulfilment partner and is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. See the Shipping Policy.

5. Returns and withdrawal. See Returns & Refunds. Consumers in Germany have the statutory right of withdrawal described there. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

6. Product use. Our products are accessories for dog travel comfort and cleanliness. Seat belts, tethers and barriers are not crash-tested restraints. Use seat belts only with a harness, never a collar, and never leave your dog unattended in a vehicle. Check product dimensions against your vehicle before ordering.

7. Product information. Product descriptions are based on information supplied by manufacturers and fulfilment partners. Colours and dimensions may vary slightly.

8. Warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory statutory rights or warranties. No additional MuttPilot commercial warranty is offered unless expressly stated on the product page.

9. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any consumer right that cannot be excluded.

10. Intellectual property. The site content and the MuttPilot brand belong to Novary Dynamics Inc.

11. Consumer rights. These terms do not remove protections that apply to you under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence. Any applicable rules on governing law and court jurisdiction remain unaffected.

12. Changes. We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order, subject to mandatory law.
