For any return, refund or delivery issue, email support@muttpilot.com and include your order reference. Please contact us before mailing an item so we can provide the correct return instructions and address.

Germany: right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in Germany, you have the statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period generally runs from the day you, or someone you designate other than the carrier, receives the goods. For an order delivered in separate items, it runs from receipt of the last item.

To exercise this right, send us an unambiguous statement by email to support@muttpilot.com before the 14-day period expires. You may use the form below, but it is not required.

Effect of withdrawal. We will reimburse payments received for the order, including standard delivery charges, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first. You must send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. You may be responsible for the direct cost of return postage where applicable law permits and that cost has been disclosed before purchase. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

Returns, faulty items and refunds

For customers in the United States, email us before returning an item so we can review the request and provide the return instructions. Nothing in this policy limits rights that apply under consumer-protection law. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or an order cannot be fulfilled, contact us at support@muttpilot.com; we will review the issue and explain the available remedy.

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
